One piece bath and shower units can be found in many retail outlets.  They are a popular ‘quick fix’ alternative that customers buy for their bathroom remodel.  At first glance it may appear to be the most economical, however the experts know better.

One piece units often don’t fit into an existing bathroom easily.  Often a wall or door frame must be removed in order to fit the unit in place, adding to the installation cost.

One piece units don’t allow for customization.  Windows become a costly problem.  The location of grab bars, fixtures, etc.  are harder to find when you need them.

Multi-peice units are typically of inferior quality.

Fiberglass one-piece units bend and crack.
